SUMMIT COUNTY COURT OF COMMON PLEAS CLOSED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER – some Zoom hearings will proceed
Summit County Court of Common Pleas announced today that the Court will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026 due to inclement weather.
Administrative Judge Alison McCarty said “In-person Court operations are being halted out of an abundance of care for court employees and the general public who may experience great difficulties traveling to the courthouse in the current conditions. Employees will be working remotely.”
