UPDATED EMERGENCY ORDER IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH CRISIS

Good morning,

We hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.  An updated order was signed and filed by Administrative Judge Jones on April 3, 2020 addressing the current public health crisis In the General Division.

Please follow the link provided and read the order dated 4/3/20 in its entirety.

To protect you, the community we serve and our employees, the judges request that you self-monitor your health and well-being.  Do not enter the building if you have been exposed to or believe that you have been exposed to COVID-19.  Do not enter the building if you are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms.  Do not enter the building if you believe that you are in a high risk category or have loved ones who are vulnerable.  Please be cautious and use common sense.

If you do enter the building, there are requirements that you must abide by while present.  Social Distancing Requirements include maintaining at least six-foot social distancing from other individuals, washing hands with soap and water for at least twenty seconds as frequently as possible or using hand sanitizer, covering coughs or sneezes (into the sleeve or elbow, not hands), regularly cleaning high-touch surfaces, and not shaking hands.
