Summit County, Ohio: Judge Amy Corrigall Jones, Administrative Judge of the Summit County Common Pleas Court General Division and Community Legal Aid Services (CLAS) announced today that the Summit County Foreclosure Education Program courses scheduled on March 18, 2020 and April 1, 2020 have been cancelled.
Citizens planning to attend one of these courses will be provided additional time in which to complete the course. Additionally, the General Division has suspended all mediation hearings, including foreclosure mediations, until March 27, 2020.
Corrigall Jones said the decision was made as a proactive approach out of concern for the well-being of Community Legal Aid Services attorneys and the public.
