GENERAL SUPERVISION

In addition to the Specialty Supervision Units, the Probation Department also utilizes General Supervision Officers. These Officers are charged with monitoring a wide variety of offenders that require varying degrees of supervision. Supervision of offenders is designed through Evidence Based Practices. Evidence Based Practices, or EBP, is geared towards providing offenders with specific program goals based on a comprehensive evaluation tool that provides the supervising officer with the specific needs of each individual offender.
