FELONY DUI SUPERVISION

All felony DUI Offenders are referred to one Officer who specializes in these cases. This Officer is responsible for making sure that the offender is complying with all statutory requirements. This Unit also facilitates all referrals to agencies which provide the programming to meet these requirements. Felony DUI Offenders are required to submit to weekly reporting, mandatory 12-step/self help attendance, alternate sanctions and treatment.
