The Mitigation Phase of Case No.: CR 2012-05-1508, the State of Ohio v. Dawud Spaulding has been continued from its original December 4, 2012 date on motion of the Defendant.

          The new date for the Mitigation Phase is Tuesday, January 29, 2013,

at 9 a.m.

          The trial jurors and alternates have been contacted and notified of the continuance.  Each of them has indicated that they are available on the new date.
